Litigation

While the majority of cases do not go to trial, the possibility exists and you want to be confident your attorney is prepared for contested litigation should that occur. Even if there is not a final trial, during the pendency of your case there are likely various contested hearings, including setting support, establishing a parenting schedule, valuing a business, allocating marital assets and debt or exchanging personal property. We have experience handling cases at all stages, from the first filing, or taking a case over to prepare for trial, and focusing both on negotiating an amicable and fair resolution out of court while preparing for contested litigation in court when necessary.

Our priority is our clients’ best interests, providing honest advice and mindfulness of budgets. Erin is hard-working, organized and aggressive, all skills essential in litigation, and it is Erin’s top priority to see to it that her clients are awarded all that they are entitled to receive.
