Office Manager

Michela joined The Law Office of Erin M. Wilson, LLC as a Legal Assistant in October 2020. She has been in the legal profession for over twenty years and has spent her entire professional career working in family law which has been rewarding and educational.

Michela started her career as a file clerk and advanced to a legal assistant. She has learned so much and each day there is something new and exciting. It definitely keeps her on her toes and there’s always something new to learn. Michela loves what she does because she loves family and loves making a difference whether it’s big or small.

At home Michela is a proud mommy to her beautiful daughter Avery. She enjoys reading and writing and loves playing Happy Color online. As a hobby she loves event planning because she loves celebrating special occasions.

Melissa Spero

Law Clerk

I am currently a 3L at Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. I am originally from Northbrook, IL and currently live in Chicago. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies as well as Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2021.

While in law school I have had the opportunity to be a judicial extern with the Honorable Judge Goldfarb in the Cook County Domestic Relations Division as well as work at the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian in the Domestic Relations Division with Child Representatives.

I am currently on the executive boards for both the Jewish Law Students Association at Loyola as well as the Children’s Legal Rights Journal. In my free time I love attending workout classes, baking, and spending time with my friends.

Samantha Vogt

Law Clerk

Samantha just graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in criminology and sociology and a minor in social work. While at the University of Iowa, she was a part of the campus Greek life and participated in student-led organizations. Samantha is currently preparing to take the LSAT this summer with the goal of starting law school in the fall of 2024. Samantha joined the firm in early February and has really enjoyed working with the team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, babysitting, staying active, and attending concerts.
